Throughout his Information Technology studies, Raymond gained a strong foundation in computer networking, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting. In class, he worked on various projects that involved configuring and managing network devices, setting up virtual machines, and designing and implementing secure networks. He is comfortable working with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux, and has experience using tools such as Wireshark and VMware. These experiences have not only honed his technical skills but also taught him how to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

With over two decades of experience in audio technology, Raymond has expertly mixed sound for a diverse array of events, including live concerts, festivals, theatres, corporate functions, and live television broadcasts. Since 2014, he has also been involved in lighting and staging for theatre productions such as dance, musicals, and Chinese Opera, bringing a unique perspective and collaborating effectively with cultural groups worldwide.

Each of these environments presents unique challenges, and Raymond’s technical skills have been finely tuned to meet them.
